Welcome! Your site is being redirected to another website or to another page that is not on your website. Then you can protect your site by following our methods. You may have used a plugin that was easily infected with a virus or a script. Anyway, today we will try to find out how we will protect our site if there is such a problem.

We will follow some of the following methods:

01. At first Copy all external code or CSS and save it somewhere.

02. We will scan the entire directory through the hosting providers of our site or manually. If there is any virus in it, it will be deleted. The site will still have the same problem. Trust us we will finally be virus-free.

03. We will delete all the themes and plugins that are not used on our site.

04. We will delete all the used plugins and upload new ones. also, delete any additional files and folders in the Themes and Plugins Directory.

05. We will upload similar new themes and plugins.

06. Lastly, only the WordPress core file or folder: wp-config.php || .htaccess || wp-content || file-folders except folders need to be deleted and re-uploaded.

I hope using these methods will solve your problem.

If you do not have a backup on your custom theme or plugin or any theme or plan:

We’ll try to figure out what we should do if you don’t have a backup of any of the themes or plugins you use.

Theme:

01. We will check the index, header, footer files of the theme well and if we find any code like the image below or any code with such exceptions, we will delete it.

Malware - www.limanmia.com

02. Go to each folder of the theme and find an unknown file folder (such as __djhejk, jkdjkj-j444) we will delete it.

03. If malware or Injection, we will go to the js files, and if we see something like the picture below, we will delete it.

04. We can use the Wordfence Security – Firewall & Malware Scan Plugin or the https://sitecheck.sucuri.net site checker site to find out which file contains the virus. You will see where the virus is on your site.

Plugin:

01. We will check the index, header, footer files of the Plugin well and if we find any code like the image below or any code with such exceptions, we will delete it.

04. We can use the Wordfence Security – Firewall & Malware Scan Plugin or the https://sitecheck.sucuri.net site checker site to find out which file contains the virus. You will see where the virus is on your site.

All the above information we have shared with you from our experience. We hope you find ways to make your website more secure. Thanks!
